Allows you to securely send even very large electronic documents without clogging up sender and recipient inboxes; automatically archives documents classified by category and email texts, keeping track of whether the recipient has downloaded the document; automatically or manually manages document expiry dates; includes a reserved area for customers and suppliers that is automatically updated when documents are sent.

Uppercloud Store
Uppercloud Store: a remote store that goes beyond the concept of the "cloud" as a mere remote replica of the corporate archive. With the Uppercloud Store you can upload multiple files in a single operation, possibly grouping them into several documents, assign multiple attributes to a single document (e.g. period, document type, product line, customer), assign read or edit rights to individual users or groups, send emails with links to documents. The attributes assigned to documents allow them to be easily found without having to go through the classic hierarchical structure imposed by traditional systems.

GStPro
GStPro: allows professionals to keep their clients' records up to date and to manage their contracts with great flexibility, defining the methods and times for charging and invoicing. It keeps track of the activities carried out by staff on the various files, providing all the elements for the evaluation of activities not included in any lump sum. It issues final balances and invoices, manages receipts, shows residual credit and any overdrafts in the customer ledger. It calculates the profitability of customers and strategic business areas and staff productivity. SmartOrgSmartOrg: organises master data by managing companies, offices, addresses, people, roles and mandates, avoiding duplicates and providing a complete and navigable map of customers’, suppliers’, employees’ and prospective customers’ data. It manages staff schedules, classification, costs, attendance, holidays, illness and leave, providing basic data for salary calculation. It contains Smartran modules for managing texts in different languages. In the 'Mail' and 'Store' versions, it also contains the functionalities of the Uppercoud package.

SamrtEvSmartEv is a platform for organising events. It sends out personalised invitation emails, registers the refusal or acceptance on the web and captures additional information (days of participation, event selection, special preferences, etc.). All responses from guests are displayed on a single control panel, from which you can manage new invitations, reminders, manual acceptances, changes. Construction of visitors' agendas, who can choose which exhibitors/sponsors to meet or which workshops to attend; the system automatically proposes only the available times, based on the availability of seats and sales staff, the progress of bookings and commitments already made by the visitor. Automatic generation of reservations for hotels, with assisted room assignment system.
