Gestinfo offers technical assistance services in compliance with the "Measures and precautions prescribed for the controllers of the treatments carried out with electronic instruments regarding the attribution of the functions of system administrator" provided by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (provisions of November 27, 2008 and subsequent amendments).
The contract envisages system supervision of the servers and a "rechargeable" amount of hours of assistance at the customer's premises in the event of unforeseen events.
The offer, which is divided into four service levels (mini, basic, pro and top), includes access to the reserved area of this website, where all information relating to the current contract, the company's fleet of machines and the history of each device is available.
